The words "launch" which I checked many times, but I still forgot it very easily.  Now, I would like to try the other way to remember it.

A product launch for any company is a important and greatful thing.  I think most of the company's owners need to appreciate their employees.  The employees launch the project for a long time.  Sometimes they sleep less and less, and sometimes they seldom have a chance to have a gathering with their family, friends and partners.  When they launch out the company's projects, they run out of their energy at every working day.  The owners or bosses may pay them more and more money.  Nevertheless, there are few bosses or owners care their employees' health and life.  Most of them mind how much profile their employees can make only.  Maybe it is fair because the employees get the money.  I am not sure if it is fair or not.
