Enjoy my daydreams

I have just watched TV program, "乾隆王朝".  From the story, we can learn how the officers graft the money from any ways of the policies.  It is not hard to understand the same way for "Generation National Health Insurance".

Does government manage the "Generation National Health Insurance" in a good way?  Do they really know how the money is spent?  Do they really know how to control the medical resources wasted?

Before they get the soluations to control medical resources, it is not suitable to get the money from the civilians.  But, they did.

The more we earn, then the more they take it away.  If so, why we need to work hard?  It is a punishment for earning more money, isn't it?


The government should open the statement of revenue expenditure.
