Enjoy my daydreams

It’s easy to management the things for business or working schedules or plans but hard to management with the partners.

Management is not only for managers or bosses but also personal life.

I do not think I can be a good manager due to it is hard to deal with humans, especially for the partners.  In my working area, I have confidence to do my job as well as I can but dealing with the partners.  Management for the working schedules, plans, or details is not so hard if I force on it.  I should gain more patient with the partners who cannot understand what I communicate with them.  The persons who I have met before are as following characters.

1) The partners who can understand what they can help or support me for the works or some private things.  They do their best to give me a hand when I am submerging in the busy status.  They call for help when they need me to support them.  We share the job loading each other and have a good gathering very often.  The partners who all of us like them.

2) The partners who we ask to do some things will follow our argument to accomplish the things.  Nevertheless, if we do not ask them to do the things, they will not do it by themselves, even it is their job area, or even we are so busy.  The things should be checked by ourselves, otherwise something will be missed.  This kind of partners is also around of us.

3) The partners who we ask to follow our instruction to accomplish the things, but they hear nothing in their mind.  They do what they wanna do, consider things by their own ways.  Are they wrong?  Maybe yes, maybe not.  I think the communication is just like turning to the different channels, such as FM & AM.  When you turn to FM 100, the different result will be caused of AM100.  So, it does not mean anyone is wrong.  Just because of different channels are broadcasted at the same time, same area, same place and same room. 

I have got headache to meet the 3^rd kind of partners, because they have done things not as I asked.  I need to gain more patient to tell them the results will be different if they do not follow what I am saying.  Some of them can understand what I mention about, but some are not. 

For example:

One day, A told to the manager that the human resource company, 104, was calling and asked if our company needed to hire some employees.

The manager replied: just reply him we do not have this request recently.

A replied the person on-line: our manager left his seat now.  Do you want to leave your message?

Persons, B & C & D, near to A ….. just feel…  XXXOOO(&^$#%$@#&*(*&

I do not know why A would not like to follow the manager’s instruction.  Or, repeat to the caller what the manager was saying.

One more example:

One of the company members took a day off and he powered off his mobile phone due to going aboard.  

A calling……

A: he is out of office.  Would you please leave your message or call his mobile phone number?

The caller finished the conversation.

B, the partner of A: You ask the caller to call C’s mobile phone number, but C powers off his mobile phone now.  What if the caller calls back again?  What you prepare to tell him?

A: Oh, it will be okay, it doesn’t matter.  It’s nothing.  Never mind.

Another example:

A told B: a call on-line for provide things to you.

B: tell him do not call the company’s phone number, call my mobile phone directly.

A replied the caller: he is not at the desk.  Would you please call again later?

What if you meet the person like the 2^nd one or 3^rd one, what you will do??

Who can tell me why A is always out of control to do what he wanna do, but not follow the instructions?
